Wonder Walks are 1:1 and 2:1 guided hikes through the trails of Park City — with a mindfulness component woven through every step.
We set an intention before we head out. We move with presence on the trail. We pause at the good spots. And we talk — really talk — about what's coming up for you.
These aren't training sessions. They're an invitation to get out of your head, into your body, and back to the part of yourself that already knows what it needs.
Every hike follows a gentle arc
Intention
A short check-in before the trail. What are you carrying? What do you want to leave behind?
Movement
Breath work on the ascent, sensory awareness pauses, guided reflection at key moments.
Stillness
A quiet moment at the top — seated meditation, breathwork, or a journaling prompt with a view.
Integration
What came up? What shifted? A brief closing conversation to anchor the experience.

Hi, I'm Rachel
I'm a wellness coach based in Park City — 17 minutes from a chairlift, always on a trail. I've spent years helping people reconnect to movement that actually feels good.
Wonder Walks came from the simple truth that some of my most meaningful moments as a coach haven't been in a gym. They've been outside, moving through something, with someone ready to be present.
