Dynamic Stretching Hiker Workout

  • Stand in Mountain Pose

  • Take three deep breaths

  • Float your arms over hear

  • Cactus your arms and do a slight backbend

  • “T” your Arms and do small arm circles forward and backward and eventually have them get bigger more dynamic

  • Sit into chair pose - make sure your knees are under your hips

  • Twist to your left and right

  • Ankle circles

  • Alternating one legged chair pose

  • Hip openers alternating sides in both directions

  • Forward Fold

  • Squats

  • Torso Twists

  • Standing leg extensions and then add a twist

  • High Knees

  • Butt Kicks

  • Calf raise

  • Quad stretch

  • Side lunges

  • Standing knee extension with crunch

  • Smile!
